SECOND PERIOD OF MARKETING ACTIVITIES - 2012 / 2013 / 2014
BachModern Project aims to support Artists by its promotional campaigns. Depending on the nature of the project ,some of our organisations accepts entries for marketing catalogue.
Our marketing catalogue contains digital and/or print versions of entire collection and it is updated periodically. During the project periods we look for a place in the art market for our collections by active marketing.
European and Middle Eastern art markets are our primary locations for market research and marketing steps. During 2012 we will concentrate specifically on Istanbul, Vienna and Salzburg Art Markets.
In consideration of our previous experiences, the second period of BachModern marketing activities (2012-2013-2014) are remodelled. Beginning from 2012 we will provide statistical analises for each location we operate in.
GENERAL TERMS AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
* Submitting artwork to marketing catalogue DOES NOT IMPLIE ANY OWNERSHIP RIGHTS BY BachModern Project to the submitted artwork.
*Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
*Submitted artworks should be accompanied by necessary information as brief artist bio, title of the artwork, dimensions, year, technique, suggested selling price. (brief statement about submitted work would be very welcome too). Sample should be in sufficient resolution in jpg or gif format . Artist should describe a valid email address , telephone number , postal address. In order to keep the marketing catalogue updated, artist should inform us immadiately if artwork is not available any longer.
*Artist decides the selling price of artwork. Only reasonable prices will be acceptable.
*As Project Director, Sebnem Basimi Holzer is the responsible person who contacts artist directly via email and/or phone call and complates the selling process.
*In case of sell, Artist will be informed via email or phone call shortly. After our notice, shipment of sold item should be realised by artist immadiately. Artwork should be received by Project Director in Salzburg within 7 working days of such notification (a working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in Austria).
*For all entrants: In case of sell , artwork should be sent to Company address in Salzburg. Shipment expense will be covered by artist.
*For non-european artists: Custom expense is covered by artist (For Austria: Original canvas works %10 of the selling price/ Photographic works %20 of the selling price)
*By submiting artwork to marketing catalogue, artist confirms the originality of the artwork and guarantees that the artwork's condition is good. BachModern Project reserves the right to decline any artwork and to cancel the selling process if the physical condition of the artwork is not deemed suitable for sell. In case of exercising a cancellation, mentioned artwork turns back to the origin country and artist covers the shipment and custom expences.
*After receiving the artwork, BachModern Project transfers the amount to artist's bank account within 15 working days. Bank transaction costs covered by artist.
*Sold art works and related information will be removed from the marketing catalogue when selling process is complated. Unsold artworks will be removed from the marketing catalogue at the end of Project period.
*Some of our projects requires a submission fee for entries. We do not charge extra fee for catalogue entry if artist is already a confirmed participant of a project which accepts entries for marketing catalogue.
*In case of sell, BachModern Project gets %30 of selling price as commission.
*BachModern Project may change these Terms without notice in relation to future organisations.
*These Terms are not intended to and shall not create any rights by any person other than the artist who submits artwork.
*These Terms will be subject to Austrian law and Austrian courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
